Savenza 20L
High heat stability formula
Our high heat blend is the optimal solution for your catering needs. A blend of sunflower and peanut oil, which is allergen free, ensures a crispy product, with minimal oil residue. Extremely durable. Ideal for repetitive use. Good for your food cost. Beautiful for your chips.
Peanut oil
Allergen free
By far, the most durable oil of all. It does not only boast a high smoke point (230° C), but maintains a high smoke point for a prolonged period. Thus keeping free fatty acid (ffa) levels low and your food crispy. We recommend that you inform your customers of its use. It has a distinct savoury flavour. Peanut is not always freely available therefore demands a premium price.
Palm oil
Though we are familiar with the detrimental effect which the palm oil industry has imposed on our planet, palm oil does have a few benefits. It is ideal for battered food, doughnuts and fat-cakes. It has a deodorising effect, particularly for fish. The molecular structure is different to that of other oils though, hence causing it to darken slightly faster than our other products. Solidifies when below 14°Celcius.

Soya oil
Some people prefer it
We recommend this oil for dressings and marinades. It has a sub-zero freezing point. However, when heated for the first time, it emits a pungent odour. The most affordable of our liquid oils.

We do not believe in over-selling, but will make sure you don’t run out. We are licensed to collect and manage your used/waste cooking oil.
